An alphabetical assessment of religion

Aggression
before compassion
definitely ends
friendships.
Guiding hands
in juxtaposition,
killing lingering
melancholy,
never open
perfectly.
Quiet reverie
sometimes takes
unprecedented
vanity, wind,
xylophones:
yesterday’s zealots.
Yes, xylophones.
Why? Vagueness,
unpleasantly timed,
signifies resonance
quelling progression.
Only Neverland
means leaving
kings; Jesus
insisted his grace,
finally enduring
death, cursed
by alacrity.
