それいけ! アンパンマン

“Does that have to be her first word?”
“What’s wrong with it?”
“It’s no even a word. It’s a name.”
“Aren’t all words just names?”
“Yeah, I suppose that’s one way of looking at it.”
“It is. So that’s her first word.”
“I wish it would have been something else. Something more…advanced.”
“What, like ‘albinoism?’ First words are overrated. No one gives them any weight.”
“Only parents.”
“Not all.”
“The ones whose kids say something extraordinary do. Something like ‘revolution’ or ‘subliminal.'”
“No baby says that. It’s always ‘momma’ or ‘dada.'”
“She’s had those down, but they don’t mean anything to her.”
“Eventually they will. And then you can say one of those was her first word.”
“Nah, Anpanman‘s a better first word than that. At least it’s more than two syllables.”
“Yeah, even if they all sound the same.”
“Hey, don’t throw rocks at my balloons.”
“If your balloons are sky-worthy, you’ve got nothing to worry about.”
“What’s that mean?”
“They’re your balloons, you tell me.”
“They’ll last. Throw your damn rocks.”
“I will, thank you.”
“Shut up and turn on the cartoon.”
“Which one?”
“Which do you think? Anpanman, of course.”
“Oh, right. Of course.”
